‘Scarface’ And ‘Ghostbusters II’ Actor Harris Yulin Dies At 88 — Cause Confirmed

Famous for his roles in Scarface and Ghostbusters II, Harris Yulin passed away at the age of 88.

The gifted stage and screen actor passed away in New York on Tuesday due to heart arrest.

Sue Leibman, his manager, and his family announced his passing.He played Judge Stephen Wexler, who famously oversaw the case involving the ghost fighting squad, in Ghostbusters II (1989).

In Scarface (1983), he played Mel Bernstein, a corrupt Miami Police Detective working for drug lord Frank Lopez (Robert Loggia), who tries to extort Tony Montana (Al Pacino).

Born on November 5, 1937, in Los Angeles, Yulin had a prosperous career that lasted more than 60 years.
