Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 packet (1 ounce) onion soup mix
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth
Directions
1. Place the beef stew meat in the bottom of your slow cooker.

2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the beef.
3. Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup and beef broth over the top.

4. Stir everything together to combine.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
