The rapper-turned-country-singer recently took to social media to share his transformation, noting that he\u2019s lost 100 pounds so far on his weight loss journey.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNext year when y\u2019all see me, you won\u2019t recognize me,\u201d Jelly Roll \u2014 whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord \u2014 said in an Instagram video from Oct. 23. \u201cI\u2019m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never have.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jelly Roll is making impressive strides in his weight loss journey during the Beautifully Broken tour. The \u201cI Am Not Okay\u201d singer revealed he\u2019s reached his goal but plans to continue working hard through the tour\u2019s end. \u201cWhen I see y\u2019all in March for Canada, y\u2019all won\u2019t even recognize me,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n<p>His nutritionist, Ian Larios\u2014who has also worked with UFC fighters like Daniel Cormier and Jamal Hill\u2014shared insights into Jelly Roll\u2019s progress. Larios noted the 39-year-old stays active by walking arenas before concerts and playing sports like basketball and boxing. Dietary changes, including high-protein meals and a unique pre-show snack of banana, manuka honey, stevia, and dark chocolate, have been key.
