Both mother and baby are healthy.<\/p>\n<p>Social services are investigating how the pregnancy went unnoticed. \u201cIt has come as a big shock. She\u2019s now being surrounded by expert help. The main thing is that she and the baby are OK,\u201d a source said.<\/p>\n<p>The previous record was held by Tressa Middleton, who gave birth at 12 in 2006.
