Olivia\u2019s mother penned a letter to Amanda in which she proclaimed her daughter deserved a shot at stardom because of her remarkable voice.<\/p>\n<p>Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth\u2019s \u201cDefying Gravity\u201d is a hit, and Olivia, who was nervous about performing it, stepped on to the stage anyhow. Her mom was so distraught that she started crying before Olivia even started.<\/p>\n<p>Olivia began her tiny performance with a few songs. But as the song was progressing, an unforeseen event occurred. She captivated the entire audience with her soaring voice. Midway through the song, the audience was on their feet, dumbfounded at what they were hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone in the audience and among the judges went into a standing ovation as soon as Olivia ended. Her moving performance moved two of the judges to tears.
