The helicopter was spotted taking off again around 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
One resident told the Daily Mail: \u201cI went out to have a look and saw that it was landing close to Ozzy\u2019s house.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAll of us were talking about it and wondering what had happened. We immediately feared it may be for him as he was known to be in fragile health.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen we heard later that night that he had died it confirmed our worst fears.\u201d<\/p>\n
