But fans had no idea what was really going on behind the scenes.<\/p>\n
The princess had been \u2018to hell and back,\u2019 according to sources.<\/p>\n
Just last week, the royal canceled plans at the last minute to attend Ascot, a famous British horse racing event, which caused \u2018panic\u2019 inside the palace.<\/p>\n
A well-connected source stated that Kate is set to \u2018dramatically scale back\u2019 her public appearances for the rest of 2025, as a reminder of just how ill she was this time last year.<\/p>\n
