A terrible collision between two buses claimed the lives of at least 37 people and injured numerous others.<\/p>\n

According to Reuters, the cars collided on the road between the Bolivian cities of Uyuni and Colchani in the western Potosi region.<\/p>\n

According to a statement from Potosi\u2019s Departmental Police Command, the incident occurred early on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have 37 people who have died and 39 people who are injured in four hospitals in the town of Uyuni as a result of this fatal accident,\u201d a police department spokesperson says.<\/p>\n

After being taken to a hospital in Uyuni, the injured individuals received medical attention.<\/p>\n

The police are still attempting to identify the bodies of those who tragically died.<\/p>\n

According to the Potosi Departmental Police Command report, one of the buses swerved into the oncoming lane, most likely as a result of speeding, causing the collision.<\/p>\n

For the purpose of removing the bodies from the scene, one of the buses had to be turned over onto its side using a crane.<\/p>\n

This incident follows a bus and car collision on a residential street in north-west London that resulted in one fatality and three injuries.<\/p>\n

Sadly, nothing could be done for the person fighting for their life when paramedics arrived at Whitmore Road in Harrow.<\/p>\n

On Monday, the crash occurred at approximately 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

According to the London Ambulance Service, \u201cwe were called at 9:17 p.m. on February 24 to reports of a road traffic collision near Whitmore Road.\u201d<\/p>\n

We dispatched a number of resources to the scene, including command support vehicles, ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response vehicle, an incident response officer, and members of our hazardous area response team (HART).<\/p>\n

After treating four patients on the spot, we discharged one patient and transported the other two to a major trauma center.<\/p>\n
